The regulations are written in the masculine form for convenience and apply to both genders. Please read the terms of use carefully.

Browsing the site and/or purchasing products and/or services offered on it (including telephone purchases or visiting the store) constitutes the customer's agreement to the terms of these regulations and an undertaking to act in accordance with them.

The site is operated by Rachel Nakash, owner of the brand Easy Tsniut.
The site contains an online store for purchasing products, and the terms of use apply when using or purchasing products on the site.

The site, and all services provided through it, including design, content, trademarks, content, systems, and algorithms, are protected under copyright laws and intellectual property rights.

It is forbidden to copy, duplicate, distribute, publish or use the content appearing on the site in any other way.

Using and purchasing products on the site constitutes your agreement to the terms of use, by which you undertake that you or anyone on your behalf will have no claim or demand against the site.

The terms of use written in these regulations are the only rules that will bind the business owners and site operators to the users of the site's services.

Please note that the terms of use may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the site operators and without prior notice.

Note: Changes will apply only to products/services purchased after the change.

If you do not agree to the terms of the regulations, please do not register on the site or place orders.

The unique and exclusive jurisdiction for any matter arising from the use of the site shall be solely in the competent courts in Tel Aviv, and only the laws of the State of Israel shall apply to the use of the site.

Use of the Site

The user of the site must be 18 years of age or older, and legally competent.

The user must reside in Israel and hold an Israeli ID, as well as a valid credit card issued in Israel.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to maintain the confidentiality of the password and username for the site.

The user is forbidden to open an account for any third party without their explicit consent.

The user will not use the details and passwords of other users unlawfully.

The user removes responsibility from the site for any technical malfunction/interruption/site downtime, including malfunctions that may be caused by a third party providing hosting services, software, communication lines, and/or any additional service.

The user removes responsibility from the company for any attacks and hacking attempts by various parties on the site, communication networks, computers, and servers.

The company takes several security measures to maintain the privacy of information entered by users on the site, but it is important to know that this cannot be completely guaranteed and security breaches and unauthorized access to information may occur.

The company does not guarantee that the services and information on the site or on third-party servers hosting them will be absolutely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored therein.

By browsing the site, registering, and uploading content and/or information, the user releases the company and/or anyone on their behalf from liability for any damage caused to them and/or anyone on their behalf due to attacks, hacking attempts, and unauthorized access to information as mentioned, and waives any claim against the company and/or anyone on their behalf in connection therewith.

The company may at any given moment and at its sole discretion and without prior notice, remove any content/comment posted by a user on the site, including deleting/suspending the user.

Some of the messages and publications sent to you may contain "cookies" such as "identification cookies" on your browser.

The company does not store users' credit card details on the business servers or anywhere else.

The site acts as an intermediary between third-party suppliers - manufacturers, wholesale sellers, and various factories from around the world - and customers who use the site's services and/or place an order for product(s) through the site (hereinafter: "the User") for personal and non-commercial import.

Users who purchase products/services through the company's website are also subject to the partners' terms of use.

All orders on the site are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Every user of the site is required to check tax, customs, VAT, and other costs before placing an order. For more information, please find a link to the Tax Authority website for your convenience, by clicking on the link.

Ordering on the site:

Next to each product its price appears, and the price includes Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. However, the operator is entitled to change the price of any product at any time and at its sole discretion without the user having any claims against it due to this. It is clarified that the decisive date for the product price is the date of order approval by the customer and not the date of its addition to the shopping cart.

The company is not the manufacturer of the products sold on the site.

Although we work to ensure that the product information on our site is accurate,

Manufacturers may not be accurate or may change the information they choose to list on the product page.

Product packaging and materials may include additional or different information than the information displayed on the product pages on the website.

For medical products or products with medical implications – the content on our website is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any medical or other problem.

The information does not replace medical advice, and we recommend consulting a doctor or qualified professional before using any product that comes into contact with the body.

You should always read the information, warnings, and instructions attached to the product before using it and not rely solely on the information found on our website.

If you feel that one or more of the products you have been exposed to on the site are offensive, misleading, or illegal, we invite you to contact us so that we can address the issue as soon as possible.

All information presented on the site regarding products, including their quality and characteristics, was received directly from the partners.

A user of the site releases the company from responsibility for inaccuracies/discrepancies in the details displayed on the site regarding products, including images and product specifications presented on sales pages, and so on.

When ordering on the site, the user must enter their details (such as: full name, updated residential address, phone number, active email address, and any additional information required for completing the order).

Afterwards, some of the entered details will be transferred to the partners for shipping purposes. Therefore, it is very important to fill in accurate and correct details.

Note: Orders can only be placed for residential addresses within the State of Israel.

Within 48 hours from the time of placing the order, the user will receive the order confirmation in the email address provided. This order confirmation is considered final and conclusive.

If an item you ordered is out of stock, or if for some reason the supplier is unable to provide the item, you will be offered the option of receiving a replacement item or canceling the transaction.

Should you decide to cancel – a full refund will be issued to your credit card.

Note: Except for receiving a replacement product or canceling a transaction as stated, you will have no claim, suit, and/or demand against the company.

The time until the money is received via the payment method can sometimes be delayed due to external factors and may take up to 30 business days.

After placing an order, automatic registration will be made to the site's email marketing system.

Registration is necessary to update the registrant or purchaser on the stages of order processing, including sending invoices, order confirmation, shipment tracking, etc.

Furthermore, registration to the email marketing will allow the site and the company's team to send promotional and marketing information. We undertake not to transfer the registration details to any other company.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking on a link found in every marketing message sent to you. It is not possible to unsubscribe from the message system regarding order status and shipments.

The site is not responsible for the quality of the products, shipping times (including delays caused by various factors) or delays in delivery, and any damage caused to the customer as a result.

Limitation of Liability

The images appearing on the site are for illustration purposes only. There may be color differences and other changes between the appearance of the product in the image and the actual product.

The business will not be responsible for clerical errors in the specifications and technical details of each product. It is agreed that the customer or a third party hereby waives any claim and/or lawsuit due to such clerical error.

Responsibility for all products offered on the site rests solely with the manufacturers and suppliers.

It is hereby agreed that any delay or non-performance of delivery of a product purchased on the site caused by force majeure, including unusual weather, strikes by various service providers, or unforeseen disruptions to the site's computer system, shall not obligate the business, and the customer or anyone on their behalf or a third party hereby waives any claim and/or lawsuit due to this.

B. Additional Terms

The business and site managers shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, to the customer or to any third party in the event of an order or delivery failure due to force majeure, including computer system, telephone, credit card company malfunctions, or any other factor related to the completion of the purchase and delivery.

It is hereby agreed that ordering and purchasing through the site is not and will not constitute a contract for the benefit of a third party.

The business reserves the right to change the regulations from time to time at its discretion.

All information and/or content and/or images appearing on the site, including graphics, design, trademarks, logos, including their editing and presentation on the site, are the exclusive property of the site or the business.

Shipments

Shipping time usually takes up to 5 business days from the date the product is shipped.

Home delivery operates in a limited number of localities, and therefore shipments will arrive at a collection point (including post office branches).

From the moment of order, the shipping time for the company is 4 business days.

In some cases, there may be unexpected delays or changes, such as delays from Israel Post, shipping companies, or various factors in the process.

The latest delivery date for the product(s) is at most 30 business days from the date the product is shipped.

In such a case, you should contact customer service, and we will offer you a full refund or a re-shipment, at your choice.

Orders are shipped directly from the supplier abroad.

When ordering more than one product, the products may be shipped in separate packages.

Ordering Products

To purchase products on the site, select products from those displayed on the site and add them to the shopping cart. Then, go to the checkout page on the site, where you must fill in several details, including an updated email address, address, shipping address, phone number, and credit card details. If the shipment is addressed to someone other than the purchaser, the recipient's full address and phone number must be provided. These details are required for shipping coordination. All details submitted on the site during the purchase process are secured with the latest technology. After completing the order, a confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent to the email address provided by the purchaser. An order and purchase action will be considered complete only if a purchase confirmation is received from the credit card company. If the business is unable to supply the product, the business will not be obligated to supply the product. In this case, an appropriate notice will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

If a product is out of stock without indicating that the product is unavailable, and the product appears on the website at the time of placing the order, the customer shall have no claim and/or demand in this regard for any direct or indirect damage caused to the customer or a third party.

Providing false personal information related to the purchase process is a criminal offense and a civil wrong. In case of an accidental error, the customer must notify the business, and any additional costs incurred as a result will be charged to the customer.

Information submission on the site is secured with the most advanced PCI technology. With this technology, the purchaser's billing information is encrypted and deleted immediately after purchase. In addition, the business undertakes to take customary precautions to maintain the confidentiality of the customer's personal information as much as possible.

Mobile Messaging Service Terms of Use

The easytsniut mobile messaging service (hereinafter: "the Service") is operated by easytsniut ("easytsniut", "we" or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may change or cancel the Service or any of its features without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Consent to Receive Notifications

By consenting to the easytsniut SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of easytsniut, via your mobile carrier to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any governmental or federal "Do Not Call" list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, benefits, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart abandonment reminders).

You understand that you are not required to sign up for this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase at easytsniut. Participation in this program is completely voluntary.

Costs and Frequency

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any text messaging charges and fees imposed by your mobile carrier. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. It is recommended to check your mobile plan and contact your carrier for more details. You are solely responsible for all charges associated with SMS/text messages, including your mobile carrier's charges.

Opt-out

You can unsubscribe from the service at any time. Send the keyword STOP to [Insert sending number] or click the unsubscribe link (if available) in any text message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time SMS message confirming your unsubscribe. After that, no further messages will be sent to your device, unless you initiate it yourself. If you have signed up for other easytsniut mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel them, you will need to unsubscribe from them separately by following the instructions in the terms of use of those programs (unless otherwise required by law).

Technical Changes

We may change the Short Code or telephone number used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that messages sent to a Short Code or telephone number that we have changed (including STOP or HELP requests) may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests sent in such messages.

Responsibility and Liability

Supported mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you change to a new mobile number, you will need to re-register for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed delivery, delay, or erroneous delivery of information sent through the Service, for any error in such information, and/or for any action you take (or fail to take) in reliance on the information or the Service.
