Product Return Policy
If you received a defective product (a product that arrived defective and not a product that was damaged due to its use) –
You can exchange it for a functional product or return it and cancel the purchase in a few simple steps. In some cases, we will resolve the issue for you, even without the need to return the product. In order for us to handle the matter and provide a solution, we ask you to attach photos illustrating the defects in the product with a description of the malfunction.
If the reason for cancellation is only regret –
A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100 will be charged, whichever is lower. In addition, for credit card transactions, an additional cancellation fee applies from the credit card company.
If the reason for exchanging or returning the product is due to receiving the wrong size, the customer will receive a full refund / exchange for the correct size only if a check was indeed made according to the size chart displayed on the website or on the specific product page.
Product return is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.

To avoid inconvenience, we ask to ensure that the product has not been damaged as a result of use and that no use of any kind has been made of it (it is clarified that connection to electricity, gas and water will be considered as use)
Returning the product in its original packaging indicates no use of the product (subject to our inspection)
When returning the product, please ensure that the product is returned in its entirety with all accessories that came with the product.
The credit will be processed after product inspection, within a period not exceeding 7 business days from the day it was collected by us.
Returns are only possible by registered mail with a tracking number, via an Israel Post branch.
A transaction can be canceled for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. If you wish to cancel a product after it has been shipped, you must wait to receive it and send it back to the supplier's warehouses or directly to our offices in Israel, in coordination with our customer service via WhatsApp or email (it is mandatory to contact us to arrange the return).
The costs of shipping products to the website's shipping center will be borne by the purchaser.
For such returned products, a full monetary credit will be given, less shipping costs. If the business incurs additional costs, such as cancellation fees to the credit card company, these costs will be deducted from the credit amount available to the customer. The credit will be given to the credit card with which the purchase was made.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, products for which it is stated on the website that they are not returnable, no such return will be possible. These products include, for example, custom-made products and products with special deliveries.
A full refund will be sent after the customer sends the product back to our warehouses.
In any case of discrepancy between the website's policy and the Consumer Protection Law, the provisions of the law shall prevail over the website's policy.
Product return policy varies from product to product, according to the variety of partners and different suppliers.
It is the responsibility of the order placer to immediately notify, within a maximum of 5 business days, of receiving a defective product/product that does not match the order.
The company will manage the communication with the partners for the user and will act in accordance with their policies, but it is not responsible for monetary credit or compensation to the purchaser.
In case of product return, it is the responsibility of the product orderer to send the product back to the destination address from which it was sent, and to bear the shipping costs or any additional costs required for returning the product.
In a credit card transaction (as opposed to a "PayPal" transaction) – in addition to the cancellation fees stipulated by law, an additional 'transaction cancellation fee' will be charged by the credit card company 'Isracard'.
- Exchanges or credit (without time limit) are available within 14 days of receiving the order.

- An item will only be accepted for return if it has not been used, and with a receipt.
- No returns/exchanges are possible for items that have been used.
- No exchanges or returns on accessory category
- Items under 50 NIS cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Credit/exchange does not include shipping costs.

A refund will be possible within 48 hours from the date of purchase, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
It is clarified that shipping costs are non-refundable, and in case of return, shipping costs for both directions will be deducted from the total amount paid by the customer. -
In case of product return, the customer must bear the shipping costs until the product reaches the business.
Alternatively, the product can be returned by physically visiting the business, by prior arrangement, without shipping cost. - After that – only exchange or credit (up to 14 days) will be possible.
- The refund will be given to the credit card with which the transaction was made, with a deduction of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).
- A refund will only be made after the product has been returned, provided that it has not been used and with a receipt.
- No refund will be given for items under 50 NIS and for items purchased in the accessories category

Warranty
- In case of a defective item, contact must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- An exchange will be granted provided that the product has not been used and with a receipt.
