Order Cancellation Policy
The Consumer Protection Law allows a customer in a distance selling transaction to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, or from the date of receiving the transaction details – whichever is later. The customer is only obligated to pay for the return shipping cost to the company's warehouses – the customer will receive a full refund for their order, only responsible for paying the shipping fees. If the customer does not request a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, they will not be entitled to a full refund.
Protection of your purchase from the time of order until product shipment:
If a cancellation request is sent for an order and the product has not yet been shipped, the company will issue a full refund including cancellation fees.
If the product has already been shipped, the customer will need to wait for the product to arrive and then return it in accordance with the product return policy.
Often the product is shipped, but its tracking number has not yet been updated in the system.
Therefore, the fact that a tracking number has not yet been updated should not be taken as proof that the product has not yet been shipped.
