Exchange and Return Procedures – Easy Tsniut

General Terms:

- Unused items may be returned or exchanged, in their original packaging, together with an invoice or delivery note.

- Returns/exchanges are not accepted for items in the Accessories category.

How to Return an Item?

- You may come to our business location to return or exchange an item in person (by prior arrangement only). Address: HaShofet Chaim Cohen St. 10, Jerusalem.

- For exchange/return by courier – pickup and re-shipment can be arranged through customer service. Cost: ₪35 per direction.

Refunds:

- Issued within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

- The refund will be issued minus 5% of the item's price or ₪100 – whichever is lower.

- A refund is conditional on the product's price being above ₪50 and on the item not having been purchased in the Accessories category.

- Refunds do not include shipping fees paid.

Exchange – Store Credit:

- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order at home.

- Store credit can be issued within 14 days of receiving the order at home.

- Store credit validity: unlimited.
