These Terms are written in a general form for convenience and apply equally to all genders. Please read these Terms of Use carefully.

Browsing this website and/or purchasing products and/or services offered on it (including by phone or in person) constitutes the customer's agreement to these Terms and a commitment to act in accordance with them.

The website is operated by Rachel Nakash, owner of the Easy Tsniut brand. The website contains an online store for purchasing products, and these Terms of Use apply whenever the site is used or products are purchased on it.

1. Intellectual Property

The website, and every service provided through it — including design, content, trademarks, systems and algorithms — is protected under copyright law and other intellectual property rights. Content appearing on the website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or otherwise used in any other way.

Use of the website and purchase of products on it constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use, under which you undertake that neither you nor anyone on your behalf will have any claim or demand against the website.

These Terms of Use are the sole rules binding the business owner and website operators toward users of the website's services. Please note that these Terms of Use may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the website operators and without prior notice. Note: such changes will apply only to products/services purchased after the change. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are asked not to register on the website or place orders.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any matter arising from use of the website is the competent courts in Tel Aviv, and use of the website is governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel.

2. Use of the Website

- Users of the website must be 18 years of age or older and have legal capacity.

- Users must reside in Israel, hold a valid Israeli ID, and hold a valid credit card issued in Israel.

- Users are solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential.

- Users may not open an account on behalf of any third party without that party's explicit consent.

- Users may not use the details or passwords of other users in violation of the law.

The user releases the website from liability for any technical malfunction, disruption, or downtime of the site, including faults that may be caused by a third party providing hosting, software, communication lines, and/or any other service.

The user releases the Company from liability for any attacks or hacking attempts by various parties against the website, communication networks, computers, and servers.

The Company employs a number of security measures to protect the privacy of information entered by users, but this cannot be fully guaranteed, and security breaches or unauthorized access to information may occur. The Company does not warrant that the services or information on the website, or on third-party servers hosting them, will be completely immune to unauthorized access to the information stored on them.

By browsing the website, registering, and/or uploading content and/or information, the user releases the Company and/or anyone acting on its behalf from liability for any damage caused to the user and/or anyone on their behalf as a result of attacks, hacking attempts, or breaches of information as described above, and waives any claim against the Company and/or anyone acting on its behalf in connection therewith.

The Company may, at any time and at its sole discretion, without need for notice, remove any content/comment published by a user on the website, including suspending or deleting the user's account.

Some messages and communications sent to you may contain "cookies," such as tracking cookies, on your browser.

The Company does not store users' credit card details on its business servers or anywhere else.

The website serves as an intermediary between third-party suppliers — manufacturers, wholesalers, and various factories from around the world — and customers who use the website's services and/or place orders through the website (the "User"), for products intended for personal, non-commercial import.

Users who purchase products/services through the Company's website are also subject to the partners' terms of use.

Every order on the website is subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Every user of the website is required to check tax, customs, VAT, and other costs prior to placing an order. For further information, a link to the Israel Tax Authority website is provided for your convenience.

3. Placing an Order

The price of each product is displayed next to it and includes VAT unless otherwise stated. The operator may change the price of any product at any time and at its sole discretion, without the user having any claim against it as a result. The determining date for the product's price is the date the order is confirmed by the customer, not the date it was added to the shopping cart.

The Company is not the manufacturer of the products sold on the website. Although we work to ensure the product information on our website is accurate, manufacturers may be inaccurate or may change the information they choose to list on the product page. Product packaging and materials may include information that is additional to, or different from, the information shown on the website's product pages.

For products with medical use or implications: the content on our website is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any medical or other condition. This information does not replace medical advice, and we recommend consulting a doctor or qualified professional before using any product that comes into contact with the body. You should always read the information, warnings, and instructions accompanying a product before use, and not rely solely on information found on our website.

If you feel that one or more of the products you encountered on the website is offensive, misleading, or unlawful, we invite you to contact us so that we can address the matter as soon as possible.

All information displayed on the website regarding products, including their nature and quality, was received directly from our partners. The user releases the Company from liability regarding inaccuracies/discrepancies in details displayed on the website in relation to products, including images and product specifications shown on sales pages, and the like.

When placing an order on the website, the user must enter their details (such as: full name, current residential address, phone number, active email address, and any additional information required to process the order). Some of the details entered will subsequently be forwarded to our partners for the purpose of shipping. It is therefore very important to enter accurate and correct details.

Note: orders can only be placed for delivery to residential addresses within the State of Israel.

Within 48 hours of placing an order, the user will receive order confirmation at the email address provided; this order confirmation constitutes final and absolute confirmation.

If a product you ordered is not in stock, or for any reason the supplier is unable to supply the product, you will be offered the option of receiving a substitute product or cancelling the transaction. If you decide to cancel, a full refund will be issued to your credit card.

Note: except for receiving a substitute product or cancelling the transaction as described above, you will have no claim, demand, or cause of action against the Company.

The time until funds are received via the payment method may sometimes be delayed due to external factors, and may take up to 30 business days.

Following an order, the customer is automatically registered to the website's email newsletter. This registration is necessary to update the registrant/purchaser on the stages of order processing, including invoices, order confirmation, shipment tracking, etc. In addition, newsletter registration allows the website and the Company's team to send promotional and marketing information. We undertake not to transfer registration details to any other company.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email communications by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every marketing message sent to you. It is not possible to unsubscribe from order-status and shipment notification messages.

The website is not responsible for the quality of products, delivery times (including delays arising from various factors), or late delivery, and for any damage caused to the customer as a result.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Company and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage that may be caused as a result of using the service and/or using a product purchased through the website. This applies even where a product was used correctly and as intended, in accordance with the instructions provided with it.

Images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. There may be differences in color and other variations between the product's appearance in an image and the actual product.

The business is not responsible for clerical/typographical errors in the specifications and technical details of any product. It is agreed that the customer or any third party waives any claim and/or demand regarding such a clerical error.

Responsibility for all products offered on the website rests solely with the manufacturers and suppliers.

It is agreed that any delay or failure to deliver a product purchased on the website resulting from force majeure — including extreme weather, strikes by service providers, or unforeseen disruptions to the website's computer systems — shall not bind the business, and the customer or anyone on their behalf or any third party waives any claim and/or demand as a result.

5. Additional Terms

The business and website administrators shall bear no indirect or direct liability toward the purchaser or any third party in the event of a failure in ordering or delivery due to force majeure, including computer or telephone system malfunctions, credit card company issues, or any other factor connected with completing the purchase and delivery process.

It is agreed that placing an order and purchasing through the website does not constitute, and shall not constitute, a contract for the benefit of any other third party.

The business reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time at its discretion.

All information and/or content and/or images appearing on the website, including graphics, design, trademarks, and logos, including their arrangement and manner of presentation on the website, are the exclusive property of the website or the business.

6. Shipping

Shipping time is generally up to 5 business days from the date the product is shipped. Home delivery is available in a limited number of localities; accordingly, shipments will otherwise arrive at a pickup point (including Israel Post branches). From the time of order, the Company's shipping window is 4 business days. In some cases there may be unforeseen delays or changes, such as delays on the part of Israel Post, courier companies, or other parties involved in the process. The latest date for delivery of product(s) is no more than 30 business days from the date the product was shipped. In such a case, please contact customer service, and you will be offered, at your choice, a full refund or a re-shipment. Orders are shipped directly from the supplier abroad. When ordering more than one product, items may be shipped in separate packages.

7. Ordering Process

To purchase products on the website, select products from those displayed on the site and add them to the shopping cart. Then proceed to the website's checkout page, where you must enter a number of details, including a current email address, address, shipping address, phone number, and credit card details. If the shipment is addressed to someone other than the purchaser, the recipient's full address and phone number must be provided. These details are required for shipping coordination. All details provided on the website during the purchase process are secured using the most up-to-date technology. Upon completion of the order, an order-receipt confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the purchaser. An order and purchase transaction will be considered complete only once purchase approval has been received from the credit card company. If the business is unable to supply the product, the business shall have no obligation to supply it; in such a case, an appropriate notice will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

If a product is out of stock without this being indicated, and the product appeared on the website at the time the order was placed, the customer shall have no claim and/or demand in this regard for any direct or indirect damage caused to the customer or a third party.

Providing false personal details in connection with the purchase process is a criminal offense and a civil wrong; in the case of an unintentional error, the customer must notify the business, and any additional cost incurred as a result shall be charged to the customer.

Information provided on the website is secured using the most advanced PCI technology; under this technology, the purchaser's billing details are encrypted and deleted immediately after purchase. In addition, the business undertakes to take reasonable precautions to keep the customer's personal information as confidential as possible.

8. Mobile Messaging Program Terms

Easy Tsniut's mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Easy Tsniut ("Easy Tsniut," "we," or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect will constitute your agreement to the changes.

Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in to Easy Tsniut's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Easy Tsniut, through your mobile carrier, at the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal "Do Not Call" list. Text messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include sales, offers, and other marketing communications (for example, cart-abandonment reminders).

You understand that you are not required to sign up for this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase from Easy Tsniut. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

Costs and Frequency

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any carrier charges and fees related to text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You should check your mobile plan and contact your carrier for further details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including your carrier's charges.

Opt-Out

You may cancel your participation in the Service at any time. Text the keyword STOP to [insert sending number] or click the unsubscribe link (if included) in any text message to opt out. You will receive a one-time SMS confirming your opt-out. After that, no further messages will be sent to your device unless you opt in again yourself. If you have signed up for other Easy Tsniut mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel them, you must opt out of each separately by following the instructions in that program's terms of use (unless the law requires otherwise).

Technical Changes

We may change the short code or phone number used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that messages sent to a short code or phone number we have changed (including STOP or HELP requests) may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests sent in such messages.

Liability and Disclaimers

The carriers supporting the Service are not liable for delayed messages or messages that are not delivered. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you change to a new mobile number, you will need to re-register for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that we will not be liable for failure to deliver, delay in delivery, or incorrect delivery of information sent through the Service, for any error in such information, and/or for any action you take (or do not take) in reliance on the information or the Service.
