Delivery time is usually up to 6 business days from the date of product shipment.

In some cases, there may be unexpected delays or changes, such as delays from Israel Post, shipping companies, or various factors in the process.

The latest possible date for product delivery is at most 21 business days from the date of product shipment.

In such a case, you must contact customer service, and we will offer you your choice of a full refund or a reshipment.

Orders are shipped directly from the supplier abroad.

When ordering more than one product, the products may be sent in separate packages.

Ordering Products

If a product is out of stock without indicating that it is out of stock, and the product appears on the website at the time of placing the order, the customer will have no claim and/or demand in this regard for any direct or indirect damage caused to the customer or a third party.
