Sometimes an order just doesn't work out, and that's completely fine — we're here for you. You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to exchange the item or receive store credit with no time limit. You're welcome to stop by to exchange it in person by appointment (free of charge!), or arrange a courier to handle everything for you for a ₪35 shipping fee. Just make sure the item is unused and you have your receipt.
