It happens that you order something and it doesn't work out, and that's okay โ we're here with you. You have 14 days from the day you receive the package to exchange the item or receive a store credit without a time limit. You can drop by to exchange it with prior arrangement (for free!) or order a courier to do all the work for you. Just make sure the item hasn't been used and you have the receipt.
